The following terms will allow us to provide the best service and insight with maximum transparency:
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process orders in addition to estimated shipping time.
- Please inspect each product thoroughly before use. Promptly report any damage or issues with the product when first received.
- Do not add any additional ingredients to our products.
- Do not separate/divide the contents of our products. Every product is handmade with a specific amount for a certain use.
- Our products are for topical use ONLY. Do not ingest or alter the use of ANY our products. Please review the product details for the intended use.
- Due to nature, the contents of a product may solidify, liquify, or separate, depending on the temperature. This will not affect the quality of the product. Simply running the tightly sealed bottle/container under warm water will restore the contents for use.
- Ingredients may be requested by mail or email. The response will be provided the way it was requested. (You may also make a request on our 'Contact Us' page)
- Always ensure that minors are guided with adult supervision when using our product line. We do not recommend using any of our products on children ages 3 & under. Also, be aware of our products that state, "NOT intended for minors", (including those who are under the age of 18).
- Please consult your physician before using our products, including pregnant/nursing women, or anyone with skin sensitivity issues.
- A small patch test on the skin or hair is recommended when trying any product for the first time.
